Pastor’s Role 
Concordia Lutheran School is a ministry of Concordia Lutheran Church; therefore the Pastor(s) of Concordia have an important role within the life of the school. In accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of Concordia Lutheran Church, the Senior Pastor is the spiritual advisor for all the ministries of Concordia, including the school. He provides guidance for the Administration and the teachers. He is available to meet with students and parents when appropriate. Frequently, the Senior Pastor leads the mid-week Chapel services for children. The Senior Pastor is the on-site representative of the congregation and the Ministry Leadership Board for all ministries of Concordia.

Teachers are responsible for the environment of their classroom, the scope of their instructional goals, and the implementation of classroom practices and standards.

All policies in the handbook are subject to interpretation and enforcement by teachers and administration.
