At various times during the year classes may take field trips. Teachers will send permission slips home. Parents must sign and return the permission slip by the date indicated on the permission slip before a student can proceed on the field trip. If a student does not return a signed permission slip, he or she will be unable to attend the field trip and may be supervised at school if the trip is for part of the day. If the field trip is an all-day event, the student will need to stay home and will be counted absent.
Parents who will be driving students on field trips need to complete the insurance and driver’s license information portion of the Volunteer Information Form.
