School Discipline

Each teacher will establish discipline guidelines for their classroom. These guidelines will be appropriate for the age of the child and will be shared with the principal. When the student has exhausted the guidelines for the classroom, they may receive a detention from Mr. Blake.

Any student who gets three detentions during the school year may be suspended for an indefinite time period. Any student who receives three suspensions during the school year may be expelled. For minor infractions of school and classroom rules, students and parents will have enough warning so as not to fear being suspended or expelled from school.
